High-heat powders available for specific applications
Powder coating offers superior durability, corrosion resistance, and finish quality compared to traditional paint, making it well suited for both functional and aesthetic applications.
Sand Blasting & Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is critical to the longevity of any coating. Redline Powder Coating provides in-house sand blasting to remove contaminants and properly prepare metal surfaces for coating.

Enclosed Blast Room (12’ wide × 10’ tall × 24’ deep)
Aluminum Oxide Blasting Media
Consistent Surface Profiling for Optimal Coating Adhesion
Chemical Pretreatments Including: Degreasing, Alkaline Cleaning & Zirconium Etching
Mechanical and Chemical surface prep both ensure proper adhesion and help extend the life of the finished coating.
CNC Plasma Cutting & Custom Metal Signs
CAD designing for your custom cut parts, as well as collaboration for your sign projects and in house powder coating for a streamlined finish.
