Powder Coating Process
We follow a controlled, repeatable workflow designed to protect metal parts and deliver consistent, long-lasting results.

Parts are cleaned and prepared through degreasing and sand blasting to remove contaminants and ensure proper adhesion.

A dry powder is electrostatically applied in a controlled application booth for even, consistent coverage.

Coated parts are cured in a temperature-controlled oven, allowing the powder to bond and form a durable finish.

Finished parts are cooled, inspected, and then carefully packaged to protect the coating during final transport.

Based in Ellensburg, Washington, Redline Powder Coating is a family-run shop providing powder coating, sandblasting, and CNC plasma cutting. We've grown by delivering consistent quality, honest communication, and fast turnaround times.
Our Story
Redline Powder Coating started humbly, operating out of a personal shop with a single 5’ × 5’ × 8’ oven. At the time, there were limited powder coating options in Kittitas County, which meant long drives, extended wait times, and inconsistent service for many customers.
As demand grew, we expanded our equipment and capabilities, moving from a 6’ × 6’ × 12’ oven to the current 8’ × 8’ × 20’ oven. This growth allows us to support larger parts, more complex jobs, and repeat commercial work while maintaining short lead times and consistent quality.
Today, Redline Powder Coating serves fabricators, contractors, and manufacturers across Central Washington. With continued growth and a commitment to doing things the right way, we are preparing to expand into a new 6,000 sqft. facility in late 2026.
